CARDRONA STATION

WĀNAKA, NEW ZEALAND

Mt Cardrona Station is one of New Zealand's most exceptional alpine developments - a luxury resort community set high in the Cardrona Valley, just minutes from Cardrona Alpine Resort and a scenic 20 minutes from Wānaka.

When the team needed stonework for the new clubhouse, they wanted flooring that matched the calibre of the project. Something that felt as connected to the landscape as the development itself.

Will laid random schist paving throughout the interior and exterior of the clubhouse - stone that shifts in colour and texture across every piece, from cool blue-grey to warm gold. Each stone placed by hand, fitted together to create a floor that feels like it's been there forever.

The result is exactly what Central Otago schist does best - bringing the outside in, and making a space feel completely at home in its surroundings.

Built to Belong.
